3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products

• Delivered with compromised packaging

After reviewing the request, we may provide a replacement or refund, where appropriate.

Please do not use, discard, or return an affected product unless instructed by our customer support team.

4. Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, please contact us through PillNext.com.

We may review the tracking status and investigate the shipment with the postal or courier service.

Where a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, an eligible replacement or refund may be provided after review.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
